4.2 Unused Starter Trial
For the Starter Trial plan (₹299):
- Refund available within 24 hours of purchase if no gaming hours have been used
- No refund if any gaming session has been initiated
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Unused gaming hours after the validity period expires
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of Terms of Service
- Issues with third-party gaming platforms (Steam, Epic Games, etc.)
- Internet connectivity issues on the user's end
- Hardware or device compatibility issues
- After 7 days from the date of purchase
