4.2 Unused Starter Trial

For the Starter Trial plan (₹299):

  • Refund available within 24 hours of purchase if no gaming hours have been used
  • No refund if any gaming session has been initiated

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Unused gaming hours after the validity period expires
  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of Terms of Service

  • After 7 days from the date of purchase
